Considering all of the clinical talent that our therapists have, we cover most types of therapy and most types of clients. However, we do not accept most court mandated clients so we do not work with probation officers or do anger management classes. We also are an outpatient clinic and do not offer higher-level care.
If you're struggling with emotional or mental health challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship difficulties, therapy can help. It’s a space for self-exploration and healing. If you're unsure, schedule a consultation with one of our therapists to discuss your concerns and determine if therapy feels like the right step.

We have a policy that if you aren't fitting well with your therapist, you simply let admin know and we'll get you set up with a new one; easy as that.
The length of time varies depending on many factors like when you are available, what kind of therapy/therapist you are looking for, etc. It is extremely important that you be as flexible with your availability as possible. Another thing to consider is that just getting on a therapist's case load, even if not at your preferred time, will put you in line to get their next available appointment that is at your desired time.
