I received my Masters in Social Work from NMSU/Albuquerque and became independently licensed (C-08609) after 2 years of professional supervision in 2014. I have worked with at-risk teens, children, and families at New Day Safe Home where I worked for almost 4 years. I also provided school based services for many elementary, middle and high schools throughout Albuquerque and was made the lead Safe Home therapist at New Day for 2 1/2 years. In addition to working with adolescents and children, I have many years experience working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety and trauma and I especially enjoy doing work with couples and families. I have lived in Albuquerque for most of my life. I have a Bachelor's in theatre and spend most of my free time deeply involved in the local community theatre scene. I also have a passion for social justice issues, including LGBTQ rights.
