it is important to remember that it is still a relationship -
and a very important one at that!

We want you to feel empowered to let us know if you believe you might benefit from seeing a different therapist. This can be done at any time by calling or emailing us and speaking with our office manager.
You do not have to tell your current therapist that you are switching (unless you want to)
and your therapist will not get in trouble. In fact, our therapists don't take this personally at all!
